Adirondack Airpark Estates (NY17) is a private residential community, located in the pine forest of Upstate New York's Adirondack State Park. The complex encompasses more than 100 acres, including a 2,050' X 20' paved runway, twelve 3.5 to 9.9 acre approved building lots ranging in size from 3.5 to 9.9 acres. The lots feature direct runway access as well as beautiful panoramic mountain views. The future quality of the airpark is protected by deed restrictions and covenants, which will be enforced by elected members of the homeowners association.

The 2,050' X 20' paved runway is approved for daytime single engine VFR use (3500' - 4000' X 40' lighted expected by spring 2007, contact us for more information). There are are currently 5 land owners. Phase II lots will become available upon completion of runway expansion.

Adirondack Airpark Estated is a DOT approved, and FAA inspected private airport. Non-property owners must receive written authorization prior to landing. Improved and unimproved property owners share the same rights. There is no time limit governing construction of your home once you become a property owner. It is important to note, that a hanger and studio can be erected at anytime prior to construction of the main dwelling. Construction of the hanger with studio does not present sufficient cause for the imposition of any time limits to the building of the main home. Contact us for details.
